CAN'T SIGN BACK IN TO ACCOUNT
I'm freaking pissed off. I join DH sign in with username password etc. And filled out all of the categories, try to upload a photo, I was told no photo, even after it show it being uploaded. I'm upset because I put in all of my personal information. Like BD, then I was ask to vertify my profile for a fee of .99 cent by using a credit card. I refuse to do so. I logged out and tried to log back in I was told username and password wasn't recognized. I requested that password be sent to my email address that I had just logged in with. I never received a reset link. This site us a fraud. Please help me

DATEHOOKUP VS OURTIME
Just TRIED recreating a profile after logging into datehookup.com. As I proceeded, D/H showed I was now entering my profile into Ourtime.com??? Are all the Free Dating Sites now gone???? I will NOT give out my Personal and Private Info, especially Financial Info, to ANY Site for ANY reason! Read too many horror stories. Like Banks, Insurance Companies, DATING SITES, Government, Healthcare Providers, various Applications, On-Line Vendors, etc., appearing to be "SELLING", or providing, our Personal, Private, and Financial Information to the highest bidders. Even when they CLAIM they are not! Word to the Wise, but the *** refuse to listen... BEWARE of ALL Online transactions, Applications, and Information Seekers!!!!

I had a profile on datehookup.com. I didn’t have a picture up loaded yet and before I was able to do it, I got message from a guy saying all this derogatory stuff about me because of it. None of which was true of course. If they have nothing nice to say why respond to you? Also, my cousin met a guy on there once named Mike Conlin from St. Paul MN. He was telling her all these things as if he wanted an exclusive relationship with her, while at the same time she found out he told a different girl he wanted to meet her. When my cousin questioned that, he got threatening with her. He had been on probation for domestic voice, strangling an ex-girlfriend. She wrote to his probation officer, D Bistodeou about that, and he just said he should be polite if he didn’t want to correspond with her anymore, which my cousin did not want to do anyway because of his violent past. But of course, his probation officer made it sound like it was my cousin’s fault Mike didn’t want to correspond with her anymore. Like she should care a guy charged with domestic violence didn’t want to correspond with HER anymore like she was the threatening criminal. And even the other girl he wanted to meet said he scared her. Watch out for people you meet on datehookup.com as you never know who might be on there. It was a good thing my cousin didn’t get involved with him, not just because of what he might have done to her, but she never would have met her husband, not on a dating site, otherwise.

I read through so many accounts that echo my own experience. After being on the site several years and having had some good dating experiences, even one serious relationship, my profile suddenly went invisible -- no one could view or see my messages, though I could. After several attempts to contact customer support without a response, I deleted my profile and tried to create a new one. But now the site won't allow it or it redirects me to other sites to join. I only have 76 words above and this board requires 100, so I will add filler here. Something is wrong with DateHookup and it should be investigated so people will know what a terribly-managed site it is, and they don't waste their time on it.

Datehookup.com sold or ourtime.com stole my profile
On June 3, 2016, I created a profile on datehookup.com, a free dating site, answering a lot of questions and uploading photos. I then did some searching and even contacted one of the women in my search. Then I logged out. The next day, ourtime.com, a pay dating site, contacted me about my profile. I never created a profile on ourtime, as their site is a pay site (you have to pay to contact anyone), while datehookup is a free site. I went to datehookup and tried to log-in, only to find out my account was deleted. I've contacted both datehookup and ourtime a few times, and each deny any wrongdoing, and claim they are totally different companies.
Reason of review:
poor custome service AND possible fraud?
Preferred solution: Have these companies stop whatever it is they are doing

Have had account at least 3 years, been having problems singing in and there is no support since July 9 2014. do not know if it is Firefox or problem with site, feed back would be nice. a. will no let sign in same id and pw b. to many attempts in 15 minutes after one try c. cannot read encryption. d. says no such account but cannot use that id because already being used. e. sends messages to my email account but says no such email is registered f. Too many attempts in 15 minutes only 3 attempts,

Why is my Account Blocked from me Signing in Why ?
on Datehookup.com someone blocked my account for log in ..and I don't know why ..there was no explanation as to why ...they did the same to my 1st account warmncuddlie1 ..Why? you approve all that goes on site including blogs & pictures what is the reasons for blocking access.. if there was an issue you should bring it to attention .If you block me off site take all my Copy Written Poetry off your site .. I'm not one to bring people to your site for free Traffic - when People are looking for Me and I have thousands of followers .Need answer for blockings & or Delete ALL my Content's.

Too many attempts. Or that the account does not exist.
I thought someone was messing with my account. But I guess there having issue's.
